Welcome

I want to introduce myself to all of you briefly while I am configuring this new software. Visitors should know to check back because there will be big things coming soon to this website.

I am Patricia and I was diagnosed with  breast cancer in June of 2009. I decided to do more than just take what treatments the doctors recommended and set out to research the field as much as possible.

Besides feeling like the luckiest woman alive, I studied and implemented a full scale lifestyle overhaul, including a diet that complemented and aided the treatments the doctors were administering.

I will be sharing nutrition, exercise and stress reduction tips as well as non-artificial sugar free recipes incorporating ingredients with cancer fighting properties and even a product of the week feature, showcasing some wellness tool I believe to have particular merit. Even uploading video ‘field trips’ that expand on the written articles.

Now don’t think that this is just another blog for cancer survivors. This is a website for anyone who wants to incorporate healthier habits or prevention into their lives, especially for healthy hearts, blood sugar among other diseases. The focus will definitely be on wellness and healing. I will not be focusing on disease and neither should you. My focus is on hope and self help.

You can and should become a partner in your healing. So I hope you will join me in early December when the journey begins, a journey to hope, a journey to health, a journey to help your own healing.

Welcome. Please return soon.

    Hi Meshiel,

Welcome aboard. I am getting better at this website stuff so I promise my posts will be more timely because I have so much to share with all of you from my extensive research. Coming soon is the importance of grass fed products, more great dessert recipes like whole grain sugar free blueberry tart. I hope you will keep checking back. I am so encouraged that I am finding people like you. Thank you for your support; I won’t let you and the rest of my readers down. Feel free to suggest issues or questions you would like me to tackle.

I am really enjoying your web sight Tricia. You are doing an excellent job. I copied several recipes from the link you provided. I am anxious to try the grilled mushroom recipe. Keep up the good work.

Also looking forward to updates on current research and treatments. Maybe we could talk about vitamins.
