It’s time to head back to school, school for survivors, and I’m not talking just cancer survivors. I mean anyone who wants to make healthy lifestyle and nutrition choices for your loved ones; not just to help treat and prevent cancer but also info that will help diabetics, heart disease prevention, and any other inflammatory based ailment. Disease is remarkably inter-related through inflammation and you will find the tools to help ease and control it.
My website is and will continue to be filled with the most accurate info I can research for you to help you. Through sound nutrition and stress reduction, you too can have a better, longer and healthier future. So come back to school with me.
In Home Room (Home) you will find my latest posts and articles.
Orientation (About) is all about me, my disease history my website and its mission.
In Study Hall (Archives) you can find what you’ve missed in previous posts. If you start with the oldest, you get a good idea of how to approach a new diagnosis.
Book Reports are just as you remember; not reviews but encapsulations of my favorite self-help books that will assist you in deciding whether you want to read the book or learn more through my links to other sites.
Show and Tell (Product Recommendations) gives you reviews of products that I have found really useful and links to buy. Maybe as I go along I will be earning a small commission from the links and I hope you do not mind as we can all use some extra cash to help with non-covered medical expenses.
Home Ec (Recipes and Domestic Detox) will give you easy recipes incorporating cancer fighting nutrients as well as tips for avoiding unexpected exposure to toxins you don’t need in or on your body.
Under Field Trips (Videos) you will find interviews and visits with the experts, from wig masters (hair prosthetics to your insurance company) to organic farmers and sugar free chocolatiers.
Of course, there is always some Home Work where you can take quizzes and see checklists and tip sheets to compare your survivor strategies with others.
And finally, Assembly Hall (Contact Info) is where we can get together over a nice warm bite of email.
So join me, back at school, a school for survivors. And hey, don’t we all want to be survivors.
Thanks for visiting. Please come again.
